Commercial Pilot Training in Pennsylvania
As the premiere commercial pilot training school in the United States, Paragon Flight welcomes student-pilots from Pennsylvania or elsewhere. Our programs meet FAA requirements and produce proficient, safe pilots who are ready for careers in aviation.
From our staff of Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) to our fleet of advanced aircraft, and state-of-the-art Jeppesen curriculum, Paragon Flight has every ingredient to create fine pilots. When you work with quality ingredients, the outcome is second to none.
If you think all flight school courses have to be the same, think again. We offer a customizable flight training method. The schedule and lifestyle that you have don’t have to be sacrificed in order to create a flight training course. Follow your ambitions when you have vacation time available.
Any pilot who wants to make a living in the sky must have a commercial pilot certificate. To accomplish this goal, most pilots take one step at a time. The process may begin with earning a private pilot certificate, followed by an instrument flight rating, then a commercial license, an optional multi-engine rating, and optional Certified Flight Instructor training.
With the desire to become a paid pilot, and the training available here, you can make your dreams become reality.
Our flight school is authorized by the FAA through Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Parts 61 and 141. By having both authorizations, we are able to provide our students with the best program for them, whether that’s marked by flexibility or structure.
When students are from overseas, using GI Bill funds, or student lending, the Part 141 authority is required.
Our fleet of aircraft includes the standards for specific types of training. We have the Cessna C172S Skyhawk, the Piper PA-44-180 Seminole, the Cessna T182T Skylane, the Cirrus SR20 G6, the Cirrus SR22 G5/G6, and the ALSIM AL172 Flight Simulator within our fleet, ready for training.
These aircraft will prepare you for your career since all of them include Glass Cockpit Technology and advanced avionics like those you’ll see on the job.
