Introducing Paragon Flight’s Training Components

We operate under dual FAA Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Parts 61 and 141. Part 61 guidelines allow us to integrate flexibility into the schedule and pacing of the flight training program, and Part 141 authorization permits us to provide full-time instruction that strictly follows a prescribed syllabus.

Technically Advanced Aircraft Fleet

The training that our student pilots experience is marked by excellence. We supply fully appropriate aircraft for training and outfit each one with advanced avionics for easier transfer to new aircraft as you progress in your career or hobby pursuits. The fleet itself includes all of the following:

Primary Training Aircraft
- Piper PA28 “Pilot” – single-engine flight training
- PA-44 Seminole – multi-engine flight training
Specialty Training Aircraft
- Cirrus SR20 – high-performance endorsements, transition/differences training, primary instruction, and single-day and multi-day rentals
- ALSIM AL172 Flight Simulator – an ultra-realistic replica of the interior of our training aircraft for highly effective training without leaving the ground.

Paragon Flight calls three different locations home. We operate out of Page Field (FMY) in Fort Myers, FL; Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) in Punta Gorda, FL; and LaGrange-Callaway Airport (LGC) in LaGrange, GA. Our airport homes feature modern facilities, tower-controlled runways, practice airfields, and ready-for-takeoff-and-landing weather 300+ days of the year. All year round, we welcome domestic and international student pilots as they pursue their aviation dreams.

The Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) here at Paragon Flight are world-class. The conditions where we operate draw aviation lovers, so we have a rich pool of applicants and can provide student pilots with a best-fit promise of instructor. World-Class Flight Training Curriculum

The Jeppesen Curriculum, produced by a Boeing subsidiary, is proven to be fast and effective. Paragon Flight is proud to be able to use this curriculum, which is software-based and includes any hard copies like manuals necessary for training. Jeppesen student pilots complete training in ⅓ of the national average for flight training.
