Training for airline pilots must be thorough and of the highest quality possible. The position is one of great responsibility, so the results of the training must be on-point. Paragon Flight welcomes students from all over the world to our home at Page Field in Fort Myers, FL, with exceptional staff, equipment, curriculum, and standards.

Creating your program is how we begin with every pilot candidate. Simply call to schedule a meeting with the Head Flight Instructor, where the two of you can work out the details of your entire course. From scheduling to pacing, financials, and accommodations, we’ll be happy to help you check every box on the program checklist.
Before accepting a dollar for flight services, pilots must hold a commercial pilot license. If you accept any payment for your role as a pilot without a commercial license, you violate the law.
Once you have the commercial pilot license, you can progress toward your chosen path in the pilot arena whether you fly passengers, packages, or other cargo. To work as an airline pilot, you will need to proceed with Airline Transport Pilot training and log a minimum of 1,500 flight hours. If you have a Flight Instructor certification, you can accrue these hours while earning a living training pilots.
As we design the program of training for your pursuit of goals, FAR Parts 141 or 61 can guide the program. In some cases, we even blend various aspects of the two regulations to best suit our student-pilots.
