The best airline pilot training program is the one that will take you from Point A to Point B as quickly as possible without sacrificing a bit of quality. Paragon Flight has developed an accelerated program to become a commercial pilot, the P3 Professional Pilot Program, that focuses on quality and will set you on the path to work for an airline quickly and skillfully.

Reach and sustain success in the aviation world through our program. We operate quickly because we focus on training well, with no time wasted; helping students find financial assistance; and guiding students toward the character and leadership skills they will need for long term success in the aviation field.
You’ll need to meet the following prerequisites:
Weeks 0-10 – Private Pilot (PPL) – This certification lets you operate a single-engine aircraft in conditions that allow for Visual Flight Rules (VFR). The training serves as a foundation for all of the further training needed in your journey toward becoming a commercial pilot.
Weeks 11-18 – Instrument Flight Rating (IFR) – To fly in low visibility weather with avionics, pilots need this training. An IFR rating allows pilots to fly using communication and navigation tech as well. These skills are all essential to commercial flight endeavors.
Weeks 19-30 – Commercial License, Single Engine and Multi Engine (CSEL and CMEL) – At this point, you’ll be ready to move on to earning your commercial license. While we provide an efficient training experience, we do not do this by lowering our standards for single-engine or multi-engine training, or any other phase in the process for that matter.
Weeks 31-38 – Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) – While optional, learning to train others to fly is the completion of this program. Serving as a flight instructor allows aspiring airline pilots to document the 1,500 flight hours that they’ll need in order to apply for those roles while making a living teaching student-pilots.
The financing that you’ll need for aviation education is available. The team at Paragon Flight will walk you through all of these options in order to find the ones that best suit your personal situation. Grants, scholarships, student loans, and personal loans can help fund your dreams and future career.
