To participate in the P3 Program, you’ll need to meet the following qualifications:

• 18 years of age minimum
• High school diploma or GED (college preferred)
• One professional character reference
• One personal character reference
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Clear criminal background check
• Clear behavioral and cognitive evaluation
• Clear FAA record (no incidents, accidents, or enforcement actions)
• First-class Medical Certificate from the FAA
• Fluent and literate in English
• Full-time availability (4-5 flight lessons/week and 10-20 hours of ground training/week)
• Drive, ambition, strong work ethic, and good moral character

The P3 Program consists of 38 weeks with the following precise schedule:

• Private Pilot License (PPL) – Weeks 0-10 – initial foundational phase that creates a baseline and foundation for building a pilot’s skills and credentials;

• Instrument Flight Rating (IFR) – Weeks 11-18 – this second phase facilitates the development of skills using communication and navigation equipment;

• Commercial License, Single Engine & Multi Engine (CSEL & CMEL) – Weeks 19-30 – training to mastery level for professional pilots of both single- and multi-engine aircraft;

• Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) – Weeks 31-38 – this last phase permits professional pilots to perform as flight instructors.
