Paragon Flight operates under Federal Aviation Regulations FAR Parts 61 and 141. Operating under both sets of guidances allows us to provide standard, set training as well as custom, accelerated programs.

The P3 Professional Pilot Program

The aviation world has opened up following the pandemic with job opportunities and higher pilot compensation. In order to fill this gap, Paragon Flight has devised the P3 Professional Pilot Program. This course allows pilots to progress from zero experience to fully licensed commercial pilot and certified flight instructor within ten months.
P3 Timeline –

• Private Pilot License (PPL), 0-10 WEEKS – foundational program for all future aviation training

• Instrument Flight Rating (IFR), 11-18 WEEKS – phase that provides training to use navigation and communication equipment

• Commercial License, Single Engine & Multi Engine (CSEL & CMEL), 19-30 WEEKS – phase that builds all skills to commercial mastery level

• Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), 31-38 WEEKS – as a flight instructor, you’ll be able to accrue flight hours while sharing your passion and earning a living.

This fast-paced, intense course of flight training demands commitment and effort, so we have a list of prerequisites that candidates must meet before participating.

• 18 years of age, minimum
• High school graduate or GED equivalent (some college preferred)
• One personal character reference
• One professional character reference
• Clean MVR, Motor Vehicle Record
• Clean criminal background check
• Clean FAA record
• Pass a behavioral and cognitive evaluation
• FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
• Fluent and literate in the English language
• Full-time availability for 4-5 flight lessons and 10-20 hours of ground training each week
• Strong moral character, drive, and ambition.
