The P3 Timeline:
Within 38 weeks, successful participants in the P3 Program go from no experience to a commercially licensed pilot, able to fly single-engine and multi-engine aircraft for compensation and to provide flight instruction services. In order to take part in this program, candidates need to be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, two character references (one personal, one professional), a good driving record, a clean background check, a cleared cognitive/behavioral evaluation, a clean FAA record, an FAA first class Medical Certificate, full-time availability, proficiency in the English language, and a strong work ethic.
