• Education – high school diploma or GED
• References – one professional and one personal
• MVR, FAA, criminal records – all clear

• FAA Medical Certification – 1st class
• Language – English, fluent and literate
• Availability – full-time (4-5 flight lessons + 10-20 hours of classroom training weekly)
• Character traits – integrity, drive, work ethic)
