• Age – 18 years old
• Education – high school diploma or GED

• Behavioral and Cognitive – pass evaluation
• FAA record – clear of any infractions
• MVR record – clean
• Criminal background check – passed
• FAA Medical Certificate – First Class
• Language – Able to read, write, and speak English
• Availability – full-time (4-5 lessons and 10-20 hours of ground training every week)
• Personal qualities – hard worker, honest, and committed.
