The average commercial pilot salary has risen dramatically in recent years as the demand for capable and skilled pilots has also grown. Now is the time to pursue your dreams of making a living from the cockpit as a professional pilot. Paragon Flight offers a program that will put you on the fast track to success: the P3 Professional Pilot Program.

P3 Program Timeline:
As you can imagine, the accelerated nature of the Program demands that candidates have drive, ambition, and a strong work ethic, and we require two character references, one personal and one professional, as evidence of these characteristics. Student pilots must also be at least 18 years old, literate readers and writers and fluent speakers of English, with a high school diploma or GED, a clean MVR, FAA record, and background check. We also require a passed behavioral and cognitive evaluation and an FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate. Finally, these candidates must have full-time availability to participate in 4-5 practical flight sessions and 10-20 hours of ground training each week.
A fast-paced timeframe requires an environment that facilitates acceleration. Paragon Flight’s facilities at Page Field and the climate in Southwest Florida make this faster training possible.
Page Field is the hub of flight travel in Southwestern Florida, and we have access to a tower-controlled runway and several practice fields. The weather here is also helpful for fast-tracked training since the sunny, clear skies make takeoff and landing conditions ideal for more than 350 days of the year.
The Jeppesen curriculum, world-class flight instructors, ideal aircraft, and picture-perfect conditions, combined with the P3 Professional Pilot Program, make Paragon Flight the perfect place to earn your commercial pilot license and reap the reward of a rising average salary.
