The traditional route to an airline position requires over two years to earn a commercial pilot’s license. The P3 Program shortens that period to under ten months to achieve commercial pilot and flight instructor certification. If you’re ambitious and want to make it to the airlines, the P3 Path is an excellent choice.
The P3 Program provides aspiring pilots with accelerated training in four stages over 38 weeks. We leverage the quality of our training over quantity, assist in identifying and securing appropriate financial resources, and develop leadership skills.
0-10 weeks – Private Pilot License (PPL) – a foundational phase that provides the basis for all future aviation training, including the development of good habits and best practices as a pilot, permits a pilot to fly a single-engine aircraft in visual conditions for non-commercial purposes
11-18 weeks – Instrument Flight Rating (IFR) – prepares a pilot to fly in conditions that require the use of navigation and communication systems within an aircraft
19-30 weeks – Commercial License, Single Engine and Multi-Engine (CSEL/CMEL) – prepares a pilot to fly both single-engine and multi-engine aircraft for commercial purposes
31-38 weeks – Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) – provides an entry point into commercial aviation with certification for acting as a flight instructor. This role allows professional pilots to earn compensation while accumulating flight hours. The hour requirements for pilots aiming for an airline position include 1,500 hours of flight time, so working as a flight instructor is an excellent option for these pilots.
The P3 Program is intense, and successful participation requires a particular kind of participant. We’re seeking motivated, driven individuals willing to work hard to reach their goals as quickly and affordably as possible. For this reason, we ask that participants meet all of the following requirements:
