P3 Professional Pilot Program

The P3 Program is meant to prepare pilots to work in a professional capacity, filling a need within the occupational sector, on a shorter time frame and with less expense. The program focuses on quality of training rather than quantity, assistance securing financing to pay for training, and the development of leadership and professional character.
Being an intensive, accelerated program, the prerequisites for participation are demanding and include all of the following:

• Age – 18 years old
• Education – High school diploma or GED, minimum (some college desired)
• References – one professional, one personal
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) – clean
• Criminal background check – clean
• Behavioral and cognitive evaluations – passed
• FAA record – no incidents, accidents, or enforcement actions
• FAA Medical Certificate – 1st Class
• Language – fluent and literate in English
• Availability – full-time (4-5 flight lessons and 10-20 hours of ground training each week)
• Characteristics – integrity, drive, work ethic
