The FAA authorizes flight school operations under Federal Aviation Regulations Parts 141 and 61. Many flight schools have either one or the other approvals, but we at Paragon Flight are fortunate enough to operate under both sets of regulations.
Part 141 approvals require schools to follow prescribed syllabi for full-time courses. These programs can accept veterans with GI benefits, traditional students with financial aid packages, and international students on M-1 Student Visas.
Part 61 courses allow for greater flexibility, including one-on-one, self-paced instruction.
