1. Returns & Refunds

For assistance with returns or refunds, please contact Paragon Flight Training Co. at (239) 274-2170 or by email.

Nonrefundable Items

Custom orders, special orders, digitally delivered products, and computer-based training courses cannot be returned or refunded. Gift card purchases are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Flight Packages

Scenic Flights, Discovery Flights, and Extended Discovery Flights are eligible for a refund within 60 days of the original purchase date, provided that no portion of the purchased package has been redeemed, flown, or otherwise used.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original credit or debit card used for the purchase. Purchases made with cash will be refunded by company check.

Flight packages originally purchased by credit or debit card are subject to a 2.5% merchant recovery fee when refunded.

Physical Merchandise

Returned physical merchandise must be in like-new, resalable condition and include its original packaging. Returns of physical products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Paragon Flight Training Co. will make a good-faith effort to correct or otherwise resolve issues involving defective products within the applicable warranty period.

Customers assume the risk of loss during return shipping. We strongly recommend insuring returned merchandise.

If merchandise arrives damaged, please inspect the shipping container and promptly contact our sales team for instructions. Retain the original packaging for possible replacement arrangements or carrier claims.

2. Changes or Cancellations

Please contact Paragon Flight Training Co. as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. However, because orders may ship the same day or be fulfilled directly by a manufacturer, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

When applicable, the purchaser is responsible for shipping expenses, refused-delivery charges, and special handling fees resulting from an order change or cancellation.

3. Shipping

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate email address. Paragon Flight Training Co. is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect email address supplied by the purchaser.
