The aviation industry is experiencing growth in terms of demand at the same time that an unprecedented number of pilots are retiring and leaving the field. The deficit in qualified pilots has created a situation where salaries are higher than ever, and a better time for becoming an airline pilot has never existed!
When we designed the P3 Program, we did so intentionally with the goal of producing safe and ready pilots in a streamlined fashion that sacrifices none of the quality required for producing master pilots. We prioritize quality of training over quantity, assistance in developing appropriate financial resources, and development of professional character and leadership skills.

The P3 Program saves students a great deal of time and money, but financial concerns can still be challenging. However, Paragon Flight is a Part 141 flight school, so we are able to welcome students who have a government-backed financial aid program that includes student loans, grants, and even aviation scholarships. Veterans with GI benefits can also come to Paragon Flight, and our many years in the industry have given us an acquaintance with many personal lenders with whom our students have successfully secured financing.
