FAA Medical Certificate Process

Step 1: Complete Your Application
Before your appointment, you must create an account and complete the application form on the FAA MedXPress website [Link to MedExpress] . Be sure to bring your application confirmation number with you to your exam.

Step 2: Schedule Your Exam
Schedule an appointment with a local Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) to obtain at least a 3rd Class Medical Certificate.

Important Note for P3 Students: If you are enrolled in our Professional Pilot (P3) track, you are required to obtain a Second Class medical certificate or better.
