No two Paragon Flight airline commercial pilot programs are exactly the same. Every program is developed specifically for each student according to their lifestyle, goals, flight experience and time requirements.

Our students are also given as much one-on-one time with their instructor as they would like to ensure they are a safe, confident and competent pilot.

Airline commercial pilot programs can vary in length depending on the individual’s circumstances. After evaluating your individual needs, we will suggest a plan of action. Our goal in this process is to ensure completion of training as quickly, efficiently and with minimal cost as possible.

A typical Commercial License for someone with zero flight experience consists of the following licenses and ratings:

  • Private Pilot License (PPL)
  • Instrument Flight Rating (IFR)
  • Commercial License; Single Engine (CSEL) and/or Multi Engine CMEL)
  • Optional: Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)
  • Optional: Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument (CFI-I)

STEP 1: Initial Call & Goal Setting

Our process starts by spending time with a student to evaluate their specific needs and goals. We are then able to design a training program that ensures each student meets their goals and the commercial requirements without spending additional time or money on flight time that is not needed or wanted.

STEP 2: Program Outline and Cost Estimate

Once we develop your specific program, we will provide you with an outline of the coursework, time to completion and written cost estimation.

Our cost estimate is extremely detailed and easily readable so you can understand every dollar is allocated. Basing your budget on real-world completion rates and realistic cost expectations critical to your success. No matter what school you decide to choose, always ask for a written cost estimate of your training.

STEP 3: Enrollment and Beginning Training

Once you decide to enroll with Paragon Flight we will arrange an on-boarding meeting with our student ambassador team to discuss the next steps. The “Student Ambassador” is a role unique to Paragon Flight. They are responsible for ensuring your training experience is as perfect as possible from pre-arrival to graduation. Think of them as your personal flight training concierge that will guide you along the way.
