Structured Training & Advanced Curriculum
Paragon Flight uses the industry-recognized Jeppesen curriculum, developed by Boeing, which emphasizes clear, scenario-based learning. This approach enables students to build a solid foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical application as they progress through each stage of training.
With 4-5 flight lessons and 10-20 hours of ground instruction per week, the program is organized into four phases:
- Private Pilot License (PPL): Learn basic flight skills, safety procedures, and solo flight fundamentals.
- Instrument Rating (IFR): Master flying in low-visibility conditions and controlled airspace using instrument navigation.
- Commercial Pilot License – Single and Multi-Engine (CSEL & CMEL): Train for commercial operations in single- and twin-engine aircraft.
- Certified Flight Instructor Ratings (CFI, CFII, MEI): Gain instructor credentials to build flight hours and experience, while earning an income.
Training at Paragon is led by instructors who bring extensive real-world aviation experience into every training session. Students gain hands-on experience using Technically Advanced Aircraft and FAA-approved simulators equipped with Garmin G1000 and G3X Touch avionics. These advanced tools mirror the technology used in commercial and corporate flight operations, giving students a practical and relevant foundation.
