Best Accelerated Flight School To Become A Career Pilot
Want the fastest route to becoming a professional pilot?
The P3 Professional Pilot Program at Paragon Flight is by far the best flight school for an accelerated route to become a career pilot. We are widely recognized as one of the top flight schools in the United States with a comprehensive catalog of training programs, including curated commercial programs to accommodate motivated candidates who want to complete training as quickly as possible and those with competing obligations who need to work at a different pace.
We at Paragon Flight bring all of the elements needed for successful flight training like a modern aircraft fleet, proven instructors, a strategic location, and a world-class curriculum. Our three locations provide an optimal setting for pilot education experiences.
The accelerated pathway to becoming a commercial pilot and flight instructor, made possible by the P3 program, requires 38 weeks of hard work—but the effort is worth it. By the end of the four-stage program, participants earn their Private Pilot License (PPL), Instrument Flight Rating (IFR), Commercial Single-Engine and Multi-Engine License (CSEL/CMEL), and Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) credentials.
Once you become a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), you’ll be able to log flight hours like those you’ll need to apply as an airline pilot while making a living, sharing your passion, and honing your skills.
With full-time, dedicated flight training opportunities, students are able to get their hours in and complete training faster. Paragon Flight provides streamlined programs, high-end and well-maintained modern aircraft, and locations where the weather is flight-perfect over 300 days of the year.
Choosing a flight school without the appropriate aircraft is a common mistake. Paragon Flight’s fleet includes Piper PA28 “Pilots,” PA44 Seminoles, Cirrus SR20s, and ALSIM AL172 simulators. We equip all of our aircraft with the Glass Cockpit technology and advanced avionics common to modern cockpits. Our commitment to maintaining high-quality, well-equipped aircraft provides students with more opportunities for practical training and a higher quality of instruction.
The experience level of flight instructors is another variable of flight training in which we excel. Our instructors come from diverse backgrounds, but they share a common trait: exceptional skills and strong communication abilities. We have a deep bench of aviation experts and provide our students with a best-fit promise.
At Paragon Flight, we provide students with the training needed for success. The P3 Professional Pilot Program requires dedication and full-time effort, so we do have prerequisites for students before allowing them to participate in the program:
