The Current Demand for Pilots

Best Flight School To Get Your Commercial Pilot LicenseToday’s occupational outlook for pilots is incredible. Professional pilots are in high demand since more people are traveling by air than ever before and an entire generation of established pilots are retiring. We respond to this need with the P3 Program where we balance quality of training, financial resource acquisition, and professional development.

The P3 Schedule

TIME CREDENTIALS EARNED TRAINING DESCRIPTION
Weeks 0-10 Private Pilot License (PPL) Develop the basics of aviation in this foundational phase of the P3 Program. This stage is the most important of your training since every other phase builds upon the knowledge, skills, and habits developed during this initial phase.

Pilots who already have their PPL will omit this phase.

Weeks 11-18 Instrument Flight Rating (IFR) This phase trains pilots to use navigational tools and aircraft systems as well as communication systems to be able to fly in all conditions and altitudes, even when visibility is low.
Weeks 19-30 Commercial Pilot License, Single Engine and Multi-Engine (CSEL/CMEL) Master the skills needed to operate as a professional pilot in either a single-engine or multi-engine aircraft. This license is mandated for any acceptance of compensation for flight services.
Weeks 31-38 Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) Develop the practices and skills needed to work as a flight instructor where you can make a living, hone your craft, and log the flight time needed for further pursuits in aviation.

Affording the P3 Professional Pilot Program

The P3 Program, taking less time, costs less than other programs that lead to the same credentials, but it still comes with expenses. As a Part 141 and 61 authorized flight school, we can welcome students who have access to traditional government-backed student loans and grants, aviation scholarships, and GI benefits, but not every student will qualify. If you need a personal lending source, our team can point you in the right direction in that regard as well.
