Broad Range of Aviation Education Courses
The Paragon Flight location in LaGrange, GA, offers the same diverse catalog of flight training courses regulated under both FAR Parts 61 and 141. No matter where you find yourself on your aviation training journey, we’re able to provide the course that is ideal for your circumstances, goals, and availability.
The Private Pilot License (PPL) provides the needed scaffolding upon which any future aviation training will be built. During this training, student pilots will develop a foundational level of aviation knowledge and skill, sufficient to master single-engine flight in visual flight conditions.
After earning your Private Pilot License (PPL), we suggest that you progress to the Instrument Flight Rating (IFR). With this license supplement, you’ll be able to fly in more difficult conditions, using the appropriate navigation and communication tools and aircraft systems. Students at Paragon Flight can also gain their Commercial Single-Engine License (CSEL), Commercial Multi-Engine License (CMEL), and Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) credentials. Take either the private or commercial aviation path. It’s up to you, and both are available at Paragon Flight.
When learning at Paragon Flight, you’ll do so with the best curriculum available, the Jeppesen curriculum, under the tutelage of impressive and proven flight instructors. What’s more, we house a fleet of aircraft that will complement the training route taken.
The Paragon Flight fleet includes all of the following:
- Piper PA 28 “Pilot” – single-engine flight training
- PA-44 Seminole – multi-engine flight training
- Cirrus SR20 – specialty training, high-performance endorsements, transition/differences training, and rentals
- ALSIM AL172 – flight simulation with several aircraft and flight environments available.
The entire fleet is equipped with advanced avionics and Glass Cockpit technology, qualifying as Technically Advanced Aircraft (TAA). We employ FAA-qualified mechanics to keep all of our new, modern model aircraft in excellent condition. We house enough aircraft in the needed models that students don’t need to worry about flight training cancellations due to maintenance demands.
The Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) at Paragon Flight are experienced and proven. We offer trainers from all sorts of backgrounds who can fully prepare our students regardless of their ultimate plans.
The personalization of the Paragon Flight experience is what truly makes us different. We operate with authority under Parts 141 and 61, so we’re able to adapt instruction to the student at hand’s learning style, schedule, home base, etc. We teach to readiness.
As you learn with Paragon Flight, we promise two things: safety and fun. The experience here should sufficiently prepare you for safe operations for aircraft, but it should also be unforgettable and fun with beautiful sights from the cockpit.
