RETURNS & REFUNDS: Please call (239-274-2170) or e-mail for assistance with refunds. Custom, special order, digitally delivered items and computer-based training courses are non-returnable and non-refundable. Gift card purchases are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.  All flight packages such as “Scenic Flight”,  “Discovery Flight” and “Extended Discovery Flight” are eligible for refund within 60 days of the original purchase date if no part of the package was redeemed, flown or used. Refunds for flight packages are refunded via their original means of purchase (credit or debit card) or by company check if paid in cash and are subject to a 2.5% merchant recovery fee if they were originally purchased via credit or debit card. Returned non-digital merchandise and packaging must be in sellable LIKE-NEW condition and have original packaging. Any non-digitally delivered product returned may be subject to a 15% re-stock fee. Paragon Flight Training Co. will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustment with respect to any product which proves to be defective within the warranty period. Customer assumes risk of loss while in transit; it is highly recommended the returns be insured. If items are damaged, inspect the box and notify sales immediately for instructions of saving the box, replacement and carrier claims.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS: Please contact us for changes or order cancellations. We will make every attempt to change or cancel an order. However, because we typically provide same day shipping and some products are delivered directly from the manufacturer, we cannot guarantee your request will be possible. Shipping charges, refusal fees, and special handling charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser if applicable.

SHIPPING: All items will be shipped via FedEx. FedEx does not ship to PO boxes so an acceptable address must be used prior to completing the online purchase. Most items will be shipped same day or within 24 hours of receipt of order. The exception to this is on holidays or weekends where there may be a day or two delay. Same day shipping is available and can be applied to most orders if purchased prior to 2:00 PM EST. Digital products will be delivered immediately upon purchase to the email that is specified by the purchaser during check out. Paragon Flight Training is not responsible for digital products that are delivered to incorrect email addresses due to purchaser. A handling fee of $2.75 is added to all domestic orders. A handling fee of $10.00 is added to all international orders.

USE OF PRODUCTS: TRAINING MANUALS WILL NOT BE KEPT CURRENT AND CANNOT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE OFFICIAL FAA APPROVED PILOT’S OPERATING HANDBOOK (POH) AND AIRPLANE FLIGHT MANUAL (AFM) INTENDED FOR OPERATION OF AIRCRAFT. THE FAA APPROVED PILOT’S OPERATING HANDBOOK (POH) MUST BE CARRIED IN THE PLANE AT ALL TIMES AND READILY AVAILABLE TO THE PILOT. Checklist and training manual products published or written by Paragon Flight Training Co. are not endorsed by any aircraft manufacturer or any affiliated entities. These products do not contain all the information necessary to properly and safely operate an aircraft and are not indented to be a substitute for official FAA Approved Pilot’s Operating Handbook (POH), Airplane Flight Manual (AFM) and professional instruction by an FAA Certified Flight Instructor. By accepting and utilizing this information within these products, the user assumes all risk involved in its use, and agrees indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, and keep free from all liability, Paragon Flight Training, Co., and all its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates, from and against any violations of law, aircraft damage, property damage, personal injury, death, or other claims and losses resulting from the use or misuse of these products and the information contained herein, and for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions contained herein. It is the responsibility of the user to verify the accuracy of all information contained in these documents is true and accurate to the POH or AFM before flight. No warranties are expressed or implied, and no representation is made regarding the accuracy of the information contained in any checklist or manual sold by Paragon Flight Training Co.

JURISDICTION AND VENUE: The sales agreement was formed in the state of Florida and shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida. By purchasing a product(s) from Paragon Flight Training Co., Customer hereby submits itself to the jurisdiction of the State of Florida for all disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or either parties’ performance (or lack thereof) of any obligation under this Agreement. Venue for adjudicating the merits of any claim arising from this agreement shall be solely the Florida District Court for Lee County, Florida, and Customer hereby waives any claim of improper venue or that such forum is not convenient; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing, a lawsuit may be filed by a party (the “Plaintiff” against the other party (the “Defendant”) in a court located in the State and County in which the Defendant’s primary place of business is located. Claims made under this agreement shall be made within twelve months of the date of purchase, and the parties to this agreement hereby waive any longer statute of limitations that may be applicable. In the event that legal action be instituted to enforce the terms of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs including costs of collection and reclaiming inventory.
