Airline Career Pilot Program
Fly the friendly skies day in and day out, providing a vital service to passengers all over the globe as an airline pilot, and if you want to start off with a career program that is world-class, not to mention more affordable and faster than traditional programs, contact Paragon Flight about the P3 Professional Pilot Program.
The aviation industry is experiencing growth in terms of demand at the same time that an unprecedented number of pilots are retiring and leaving the field. The deficit in qualified pilots has created a situation where salaries are higher than ever, and a better time for becoming an airline pilot has never existed!
Foundations for the P3 Program
When we designed the P3 Program, we did so intentionally with the goal of producing safe and ready pilots in a streamlined fashion that sacrifices none of the quality required for producing master pilots. We prioritize quality of training over quantity, assistance in developing appropriate financial resources, and development of professional character and leadership skills.
Schedule of P3 Program
PRIVATE PILOT LICENSE (PPL), (0-10 weeks)
- Foundational, the most important stage of the program

- Application of navigation and communication tools and systems for safe flight in instrument flight conditions
COMMERCIAL SINGLE-ENGINE AND MULTI-ENGINE LICENSE (CSEL AND CMEL), (19-30 weeks)
