Introducing the P3 Professional Pilot Program
In response to the surge in demand for commercial pilots, not to mention their salaries, Paragon Flight developed the P3 Professional Pilot Program. This program allows pilot hopefuls to efficiently complete four levels of training within ten months. Less time equals less expense when it comes to flight training, so this program can be incredibly beneficial to aspiring professional pilots.
The P3 program focuses on three essentials of successful accelerated training:
- Quality of training over quantity
- Help finding and securing suitable financial resources
- Development of character and leadership skills.
Four Phases of the P3 Program
Phase One:

Phase Two:
11-18 WEEKS – Instrument Flight Rating (IFR) – After earning your Instrument Flight Rating (IFR), you’ll be able to fly in more conditions while using the aircraft’s communication and navigation equipment.
Phase Three:
19-30 WEEKS – Commercial License, Single Engine & Multi Engine (CSEL & CMEL) – The phase that prepares you for professional flight of both single- and multi-engine aircraft meets high standards that ensure you’re ready to perform safely and with mastery of your aircraft.
Phase Four:
31-38 WEEKS – Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) – An entry point into the aviation industry, working as a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) allows pilots to make a living, accrue the flight time needed for future plans, and perfect their skills. Paragon Flight even gives our P3 graduates special consideration when they apply with us to be flight instructors.
