Considerations When Choosing a Flight School

Commercial Pilot Training Schools In OhioCommercial flight school is about becoming a safe and ready pilot, and we provide an accelerated program that includes every element necessary to make that happen without sacrificing any degree of quality.

As you consider flight schools, look forward to your career. The flight school that you choose should prepare you in every way, as we do at Paragon Flight.

When a school considers the future in this manner, you can be more confident in their quality. Reputation and connections reflect commitment, history, and quality.

Expense – If possible, the expenses involved with your training shouldn’t be a consideration until you’ve exhausted all of the other factors. When you do count the costs, though, make sure to factor in all fees and expenses involved with your training. Paragon Flight has a great deal of experience helping student-pilots identify and secure applicable financing.

Facilities – Any flight school that you choose should be well-established and feature modern facilities and equipment, operating from appropriate airports. Paragon Flight, for instance, calls Page Field home. We have a tower-controlled runway, elite flight instructors, and Technically Advanced Aircraft for every phase of training.

Aircraft – Quality flight schools provide appropriate aircraft for every type of flight training offered. Paragon Flight provides modern aircraft, outfitted with Glass Cockpit technology and advanced avionics. Our fleet includes the Piper PA28 “Pilot,” PA-44 Seminole, Cessna T182T Skylane, Cirrus SR20, Cirrus SR22 G5/G6, and ALSIM Flight Simulator.

Flight Instructors – Experienced Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) offer stellar training, the kind of training that you need to be a safe commercial pilot. At Paragon Flight, you’ll find professional pilots with a diversity of experiences ready to offer expert level training.

Policies – Make sure that you understand the policies of the flight school that you choose. What happens if you have to cease training early? How are payments collected? What financing is available?
