FAA Accreditation of Paragon Flight

Paragon Flight has dual FAA authorizations under Federal Aviation Regulations Parts 141 and 61. These guidelines allow us to provide a well-structured full time program for traditional students as well as one-on-one personalized programs for the non-traditional aspiring pilot.

The P3 Professional Pilot Program

Cut the time required for your preparation by participating in the P3 Program that we’ve designed to meet the surging need for safe and well-prepared pilots. This program will require fewer than 10 months of your time and result in commercial pilot licensing with certified flight instructor credentials.

Timeline Breakdown:

  • 0-10 Weeks Private Pilot License (PPL)
  • 11-18 Weeks Instrument Flight Rating (IFR)
  • 19-30 Weeks Commercial License, Single Engine & Multi Engine (CSEL & CMEL)
  • 31-38 Weeks Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)

Program Prerequisites:

  • 18 years of age
  • High school graduate or GED recipient, with college experience preferred
  • One personal character reference
  • One professional character reference
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Clean FAA record
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Pass a behavioral and cognitive evaluation
  • First-class FAA Medical Certificate
  • Fluent and literate in English
  • Full-time availability for 4-5 flight lessons and 10-20 hours of ground training each week
  • Integrity, drive, and work ethic
