The Paragon Flight Reputation
Paragon Flight’s reputation as a quality training center is hard-earned and well-deserved. We have a long history of success, long-standing relationships with former students and pilots, and many awards from the AOPA, or Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. Students who come to Paragon Flight expect and receive stellar flight training marked by incredible instructors and training aircraft, world-class curriculum, streamlined best practices, customized programs, and ideal environments.
Before signing up for a full program, consider booking a Discovery Flight. This mini-lesson includes a tour, a ground instruction session, and a practical flight lesson where you’ll get to grab the controls for a time.
The Aircraft Used for Paragon Flight Training
Learning how to fly requires an aircraft to do it. At Paragon Flight, we use the safest, most predictable aircraft for training. We want our students to gain confidence and skill, and we want these skills to be easily transferable to other aircraft. The Paragon Flight fleet is fully Technically Advanced Aircraft (TAA), outfitted with Glass Cockpit technology and Advanced Avionics.
The fleet we house includes all of the following aircraft:
- Primary Training Aircraft
- Piper PA28 “Pilot” – single-engine flight training
- PA-44 Seminole – multi-engine flight training
- Specialty Training Aircraft
- Cirrus SR20 – primary instruction, high-performance endorsements, differences/transition training, and single-day and multi-day rentals
- ALSIM AL172 Flight Simulator – very realistic simulation of training aircraft so that students can train without leaving the ground.
Paragon Flight welcomes all students. We operate under the FAA Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Parts 141 and 61. Having dual authorities makes it possible for us to welcome part-time and full-time students, international students, and veterans with GI benefits. Part 141 programs meticulously follow a prescribed syllabus, and Part 61 courses can be customized to suit the circumstances of the student.
The Financial Factor
We realize that money can be a hindrance to flight training. Our team has experience and contacts that can help as you strive to find the perfect resources for your situation. Potential financing includes any of the following:
- Personal lending (we can provide contacts with whom prior customers have found success securing aviation training loans)
- Traditional student loans (subsidized and unsubsidized)
- Grants
- Veterans benefits (GI and Montgomery Bill)
- Aviation Scholarships
- More
In addition to helping arrange for flight training financing, we also streamline training to cut down on expenses.
