Flight School Costs

Flight school costs don’t have to stop aspiring pilots from making their cockpit dreams come true! In addition to providing world-class flight training, Paragon Flight offers affordable programs and assistance in identifying and securing appropriate financial resources.

Flight School CostsParagon Flight operates out of three locations – one each in Page Field (FMY) of Fort Myers, FL; Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) in Punta Gorda, FL; and LaGrange-Callaway Airport (LGC) in LaGrange, GA. Out of each location, we offer award-winning flight training that runs the gamut of the sector.

Having operated since 2006, we’ve had ample opportunities to make contacts and learn how to point our clients in the right direction for financing sources. Whether you qualify for student loans and grants or GI benefits, aviation scholarships, or personal lending, finances do not have to prevent your pursuit of pilot training.

We also provide a range of programs that make training more cost-effective. One of these programs is the P3 Professional Pilot Program. It consists of 38 weeks of intense training. At the end of the course, successful participants earn their Private Pilot License (PPL), Instrument Flight Rating (IFR), Commercial Pilot License, Single Engine and Multi-Engine (CSEL and CMEL), and Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) credentials. Usually, it would take pilots over two years to earn these same credentials. You can imagine the significant cost reduction that accompanies such a faster timetable.

The flight training available at Paragon Flight extends from pursuing pilot credentials or recertification as a private pilot to commercial or military purposes. We welcome all pilot hopefuls, domestic and international, full-time and part-time, traditional and nontraditional.

FAA-authorized under Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 141 and Part 61, Paragon Flight can personalize the approach to flight training based on individual student’s current status, goals, budget, and availability. Part 141 status also enables us to welcome students pursuing a university-type program, veterans, and international students.

Another way that Paragon Flight helps control our students’ out-of-pocket costs is by having a comprehensive fleet of training aircraft. Our students don’t have to travel elsewhere for flight hours. We have a Piper PA28 Pilot for single-engine flight training and a PA-44 Seminole for multi-engine training. These aircraft are the standards for training and feature Glass Cockpit technology and advanced avionics. We also have a Cirrus SR20 for primary instruction, high-performance endorsements, transition and differences training, and aircraft rentals. For even more cost-cutting, students can practice for less by using our top-of-the-line ALSIM AL172 Simulator.

The flight instructors at Paragon Flight are widely experienced and have diverse backgrounds and approaches to learning. The students who come here can be confident in the quality of their training, and we’ll provide a best-fit instructor promise as well.

Paragon Flight strives to earn customer satisfaction that leads to loyalty by earning trust and providing unbreakable guarantees. You will be satisfied with our training, or we’ll change whatever is necessary to make it so.
