Paying for flight training can be daunting, but plenty of resources exist for every circumstance. Traditional student loans, both government-subsidized and not; grants; aviation scholarships; veterans benefits; and personal lending options are all available to promote your successful pursuit of flight lessons. The flight training at Paragon Flight meets the needs of every student pilot. As an FAA-authorized flight school, we operate under both Parts 61 and 141 guidelines, so we can provide personalized, part-time programs as well as prescribed, full-time approaches to flight school. Accelerate your training through intensive, full-time courses like the P3 Professional Pilot Program, or pursue your goals in a piecemeal approach as you have time available.
Paragon Flight’s programs are available at three different locations: Page Field (FMY) in Fort Myers, FL; Punta Gorda Airport (PGD) in Punta Gorda, FL; and LaGrange-Callaway Airport (LGC) in LaGrange, GA. These locations offer ideal weather conditions year-round for pilots to accrue flight practice. Over 300 days of the year provide clear conditions, and each of our airport homes provides tower-controlled runways, practice airfields, and nearby metropolitan areas for accommodations and attractions.
The aircraft that we offer meet and surpass all of the demands of any flight training program. Our entire fleet features Glass Cockpit technology and advanced avionics, qualifying the entire fleet as Technically Advanced Aircraft (TAA). Specific models within the fleet include the Piper PA28 “Pilot” for single-engine flight training and the PA-44 Seminole for multi-engine flight training. We also provide the Cirrus SR20 for primary flight instruction, high-performance endorsements, transition and differences training, and single-day or multi-day rentals. Practice flights without leaving the ground are also made possible with the extremely realistic ALSIM AL172 Flight Simulator.
